The Space:

The apartment offers two well-equipped bedrooms for a comfortable stay. The first bedroom is an en-suite with a double bed and a private bathroom with a shower. The second bedroom has two single beds. There is also an additional bathroom with a bathtub for added convenience.



The living room is a cosy space with a flat-screen TV with cable channels and free Wi-Fi access. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need, including a washing machine and dishwasher, allowing you to prepare your own meals.



The apartment is located on the 2nd floor, accessible by lift, and offers free on-site parking. Enjoy a relaxing and convenient stay in our apartment.



Guest Access:

Guests have full access to the entire apartment, including two bedrooms, two full bathrooms, a fully equipped kitchen, and a balcony. Enjoy all the amenities, such as bed linen, towels, Wi-Fi, and cable TV.



The Neighborhood:

Located on Rua Sociedade Protectora dos Animais, this apartment enjoys a prime location with easy access to a variety of points of interest. The entrance to the iconic Estádio do Dragão, home of Futebol Clube do Porto, is less than a 10-minute walk away, making it ideal for sports enthusiasts. The Dragão Metro Station, just 500 metres away, offers fast and efficient connections to all areas of Porto, including the UNESCO World Heritage-listed historic centre.



A short walk brings you to Parque de S. Roque, a green retreat with a charming hedge maze, perfect for relaxation and leisure. Just 500 metres away, Alameda Shop & Spot features a wide selection of fashion stores, restaurants offering diverse culinary options, and a supermarket for your daily needs.

Getting Around:

Take advantage of the convenience of an extensive public transport network nearby. For those arriving by plane, Francisco Sá Carneiro Airport (OPO) is just a short distance away. Transfer service details are available upon request (please contact us for pricing).



Other Things to Note:

In order to make Porto more attractive, the municipal tourism tax has been implemented. The fee of €3.00 included in the price of the stay applies to guests over 13 years old. It is charged per person and per night, up to a maximum of 7 consecutive nights (conditions subject to change by local legislation at the time of booking and/or check-in).



There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team finds evidence that this rule has been violated (e.g., smell of smoke, ashes, cigarette butts, etc.), a minimum fee of €200 will be charged for smoking.



Note that an unauthorized stay the check-out time, my result in an extra charge (10% of the daily rate, per hour, up to one day).



If you lose the key, you will be charged a fee (upon request). If you leave the keys inside the apartment and require our team to open the door, a fee of €40 will apply after 7:00 PM. If the key is left in the lock (requiring technical intervention), the fee will be determined upon request.



For bookings of 28 nights or more, we have a limit on the cost of water, electricity, and the internet/TV package of €190. If this amount is exceeded, the additional cost will be paid by the guest.
