Located very close to Trindade Metro Station, the famous Rua de Santa Catarina, and the Porto downtown, you'll be just minutes away from the heart of the city's vibrant atmosphere and major tourist attractions! A must-see is the Clérigos Tower, where you can enjoy breathtaking views of the city, followed by a visit to one of Porto’s landmarks: Livraria Lello!
In this area, you will find everything you need: excellent public transport options to explore other parts of the city, with Trindade or Marquês metro stations just a few minutes away, as well as access to multiple bus lines, services, and entertainment!

Important Note: There are ongoing construction works near the apartment, which may cause noise between 8:00 AM and 7:00 PM. Unfortunately, this is beyond our control, but it may affect our guests' stay. Therefore, we maintain a policy of transparency to ensure that our guests’ expectations are properly met. The key collection is done at our Welcome Center – located at Rua de Fernandes Tomás 471, Porto – where you can meet our staff!
There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been violated (for example, smoke smell, ashes, cigarette butts, etc.), a minimum fee of 200 euros will be charged for smoking.
If you wish to check-out late, please contact our team to check availability. After the check-out time without authorization, a fee of 200€ per hour will be charged.

If you lose the key, a cost will be charged (upon request). If you leave the keys inside the apartment and need our team’s assistance to open the door, a fee of 40€ will be charged after 7:00 PM. If the key is forgotten in the door lock (technical intervention required) – the price will be available upon request.
In order to make Porto more attractive, the municipal tourism tax has been implemented. The fee of €3.00 included in the price of the stay applies to guests over 13 years old. It is charged per person and per night, up to a maximum of 7 consecutive nights (conditions subject to change by local legislation at the time of booking and/or check-in).
For bookings of 28 nights or longer, we have a limit of expenses for water, electricity, and the internet/TV package of 190€. If this amount is exceeded, the excess will be paid by the guest.
The tenant agrees to allow a member of the host’s staff to enter the property whenever requested, for inspection purposes. Monthly visits for this purpose are expected.
We offer a transfer service that will take you to the apartment! Just request it (price on request).
You can also enjoy a delicious breakfast that can be delivered every morning to your apartment, upon request (price on request).
