Located near Foz, this bright and renovated apartment has river view. It is in a privileged area between the center and the beach, in a green area. Bus or direct to downtown, supermarket 5 min. (walk), free wifi, fully equipped kitchen. Good for families.

Apartment of the 60's renovated and very comfortable, being suitable for a maximum of 6 guests, with:

Towels and sheets will be changed every 7 nights. Possible changes are possible on request (extra payment).

If necessary, I can provide a cot for your baby (up to 3 years) for € 7 / night.

The Neighborhood:
This apartment is situated in a very quiet area and, despite this relaxing atmosphere inside the apartment, is very close to the modern city center and the historic center (downtown), as well as the Douro river and the sea in Foz.
It is located in the green area of ​​the Pasteleira. At a walking distance you can reach the river's edge, the sea, the tram or bus, which take you directly to downtown.
From here you can easily reach:
* supermarket 5 minutes walk
* tram / bus / tourist bus stop at 350 meters / 4 min. on foot, direct to Ribeira
* Douro River within 400 meters
* beach / sea 2km away from here (ideal for swimming, sunbathing, sunbathing, surfing, walking, ...)
* cycle path to 1 min. away (along the whole green zone and the river / sea side)
* crossing the river at 5 min. (every 15 minutes there is a boat that takes you to Afurada, the typical village of the pesacadores and from there you can go to the cellars of Vila Nova de Gaia)
