The staff were great and breakfast offering was surprisingly good for a small hotel. Although it’s on the outskirts of the tourist area, for most people the location is walkable to most attractions and amenities. If it concerns you, know that there are some homeless folks are in the area, although they were quiet and peaceful. Housekeeping was a bit hit and miss but overall it’s a decent place and good value for the price. We would stay again.

The rooms are kinda small but they are comfortable. The staff is super nice and helpful; and the hotel is in a walkable distance to the main attractions.

Fantastic hotel. Very easy and fast check in and check out. Not expensive at all. Very polite and helpful staff. Large and clean room and bathroom with a frigobar there. Splendid breakfast for 12 euros, lots of choice, hot and cold food, cereals, pastries, and fruits. Very well located, 15 min walking to Ribeira. Certainly we are going to be back. Certainly

The staff were friendly and the rooms were clean. We didn't realise how far the hotel was from the river. The outward walk was fine but going back seemed a long way as it's all uphill.

The 2nd day I asked if they how to use the room service, bc my 74 yr mother had injured herself. I was told that it was not an option, but I was permitted to carry 5 plates of food to my room. After 10min of eating the waiter knocked on the neighbors door with food and asked then on my door for the plates back. The next day I was provided room service with no issues, different front and back staff.

A equipe muito simpática e fomos muito bem atendida pelo oram que ficamos e um local onde existe supermercado peoxima e tb ao conercio e o mercado pois sai sempre a pé e retornava de uber.O carioca nos deu uma indicaccao de restaurantes.

le ménage du premier jour n'a pas été fait car il fallait donner l'heure du ménage! fallait-il le savoir! j'ai fait des tas d'hotels et c'est le premier ou l'on me demande cela.nous avons donné les horaires et ensuite cela a été fait.il y avait 2 verres,nous avons bu le soir après nos ballades mais ils n'ont jamais été changés ainsi que le verre a dent qui est resté sale pendant 7 jours.en moyenne 145 euros dej compris la nuit c'est bien loin de valoir ce prix...excellents dejeuners mais l'hotel ne vaut pas plus de 70 euros la nuit.déçu pour la premiere fois par hotel.com

Dejlig nyt hotel med rigtig god morgenmad

Dejligt nyt hotel med flinkt personale, fantastisk morgenmad og fine værelser med dejligt brusebad. Tæt på metrostation og supermarked. Eneste minus er en del gade- og trafikstøj, hvis man - som os - boede på 1. sal. Jeg bad om at flytte højere op, men der var desværre ingen ledige værelser, da jeg spurgte. Pladsen er under renovering.
