Lovely little hotel in a great location. The staff were excellent. They were friendly and helpful and gave us lots of suggestions for places to visit and eat. This was especially helpful as a member of our party had mobility issues. I recommend the breakfast with many homemade items.

Great hotel. Staff are so friendly. You get a welcome drink and pastry at check in. Super comfortable beds. Location is phenomenal. One block from the waterfront area and lots of restaurants around. Try and get a room more to the back as there is currently a loose manhole cover on the street that is super loud. This was my 2nd time staying at hotel and would stay again.

The staff were excellent and helpful. The room was clean. There was a mini fridge, kettle and cups, which we used and a complimentary bottle of water everyday. We also had a complimentary glass of port and pastel de nata, which was nice. It's close to São Bento station and walkable to Vila Nova de Gaia across the Dom Luis I Bridge.
