Hotel com acomodações muito boas, funcionários muito bons, porem contraimos uma intoxicação no primeiro dia da estadia, precisamos ir para o hospital, eu , meu marido, meu cunhado, esposa dele, sobrinhas, todos passamos muito mal após o jantar. Por esse triste motivo não aproveitamos quase nada da viagem, ficamos com medo de comer da comida do hotel.

Ja estive em outros resorts e ano passado estive no La torre , esse ano fui no Coroa Vermelha e achei ele inferior ao La Torre. Chekin antecipado somente pagando. Travesseiro extra so pagando uma taxa. Cerveja no clube de praia somente no copo. Recomento para quem nunca esteve em um resort all imclusive

Experiência maravilhosa! A comida é excelente, com tempero suave e muito saborosa – ideal para todos os paladares. O atendimento foi impecável! Todos os funcionários são muito educados, atenciosos e receptivos. É importante ficar atento aos horários das refeições, pois cada serviço tem um período específico: • Café da manhã • Chá da tarde • Jantar • Petiscos Os petiscos normalmente são servidos no bar da área de lazer. Também há um bar na praia, que funciona em horários específicos – então vale a pena se informar direitinho para aproveitar tudo. Cada dia é uma nova experiência gastronômica, com pratos variados, muitos deles regionais, que eu simplesmente adorei! Chegamos um pouco antes do horário do check-in (que começa às 15h) e aguardamos confortavelmente na recepção. Enquanto isso, tivemos acesso ao espaço kids, aos banheiros e até a alguns petiscos disponíveis, o que tornou a espera muito mais tranquila. O check-out é ao meio-dia. Após sairmos do quarto, deixamos as malas na recepção e ainda conseguimos almoçar com calma antes de ir embora, o que foi ótimo. A única observação é mesmo o horário fixo do check-in. De resto, só tenho elogios. Gostei muito da estadia e com certeza voltaria!

Por ser categoria all inclusive eu esperava mais do hotel em termos de assistência e recreação. Não disponibilizava secador de cabelo no quarto, que é algo que qualquer pousada simples oferece. A parte de entretenimento muito fraca, recreação infantil não envolve as crianças. Comida bem simples, mas saborosa. O custo é alto demais pelo que oferece.

Estrutura excelente

Fui surpreendida positivamente. A estrutura do hotel é muito boa, ficamos, aparentemente, numa ala nova, os quartos e as camas eram enormes e muito confortáveis. A limpeza era impecável e os funcionários muito prestativos e solícitos. A barraca de praia é bem legal, mas nem sempre vc encontra bons petiscos, é melhor comer no restaurante principal. As cervejas eram Heineken, amstel e Brahma. Almoço e jantar tem basicamente os mesmos pratos sempre, entretando no almoço sempre tem uma coisa de diferente por dia (paella, cordeiro, cupim, acarajé), ou seja, a comida não é tão sofisticada, mas é uma delícia. Comparando com outros all inclusives premium o preço está um pouco salgado, por isso acho que só vale pegar na promoção.

Foi muito incrível nossa estadia aproveitamos muito bem, o atendimento dos funcionários são de excelência, tudo muito organizado uma mega estrutura para nos receber, o que tenho a pontuar somente nem como reclamação mas como melhoria o sinal de internet é muito ruim o banheiro não tinha um suporte para. Colocar os cremes e shampoos no quarto onde eu estava.
