"Hotel precisa de alguns ajustes como bacia sanitaria manchada, area de banho com box faltando parte do vidro, inclusive ao tomar banho o chuveiro molhava todo o chão. Cama e travesseiro desconfortåvel por conta ser um pouco mais antigo. Tive problema com o primeiro quarto que era no pavimento inferior devido a muita infiltração e mofo nas paredes e teto. Solicitei a troca do quarto e prontamente a equipe do hotel assim fez. Porém ainda sim o segundo quarto tinha algumas melhorias a serem feitas....

"The hotel has a very nice pool side and that was the main reason why we have stayed over in the hotel during the last two years. This year during the Carnaval. The hotel staff do their job, but absolutely nothing more, nothing extra for you. Change of rooms is impossible, even when there is availability. It was rather noizy in the morning so sleeping over 08:00 was not possible.The cleaning during the period was rather poor."

"Apartamento nĂŁo estava completamente limpo, com restos de poeira de obra, nĂŁo tinha toalha, nem cobertor para usar. TambĂ©m nĂŁo tinha disponĂvel pano de prato. TelevisĂŁo sem controle. Apesar da equipe responder rĂĄpido e tirar as dĂșvidas, tem bastante coisa que poderia melhorar, principalmente a atenção nos detalhes. Os armĂĄrios de cozinha estavam sujos (poeira)."

"A limpeza e café da manhã muito boa, a piscina também!
Tive problemas com disjuntor onde ar condicionado e luz não estava funcionando e tive que chamar a recepção para resolver, a TV não funcionou nenhum canal e esse problema era para todos apartamentos e estavam aguardando a equipe da TV a cabo para resolver, em 3 dia não foi resolvido. Pra vai utilizar somente para pernoitar uma vez que vai ficar o dia todo na Praia, porém deveria ser mais barato devido as condiçÔes do hotel."
