The lower ground floor features a living/dining area with a flat-screen TV, opening onto the swimming pool. It also has an additional bedroom with a French bed and a shower, as well as a kitchen area equipped with various appliances such as a 4-burner stove, oven, dishwasher, toaster, kettle, microwave, freezer, and an electric coffee machine (with Senseo capsules).
