LA TERRAZZA SULLA BIODOLA

The property has a large terrace with a wonderful sea view and direct access to the beach. Another strong point of the structure is certainly the private parking space, an indispensable service for the area as well as the interiors equipped with every comfort. The location is unique and in one of the most exclusive locations on the island of Elba, a stone's throw from excellent seaside restaurants to taste the local cuisine and enjoy the wonderful fiery sunsets that this location offers.

Our company carries out electronic invoicing to the customer, therefore, immediately after booking, Italian customers will be asked to provide their residential address and tax code, while for foreign customers it will be sufficient to provide the residential address to complete the customer record. The data is mandatory, the non-communication of the same following the booking can lead to cancellation by us, with a penalty for the guest.
A few steps from the enchanting Biodola beach, a beautiful gulf in the north of the island, with a long stretch of golden sand, clear water and a gently sloping seabed, certainly one of the top beaches on the island.

In the opposite corner from the kitchen there is a single bed with another pull-out single. A double bedroom. Bathroom with shower.

عناصر لم تنل الإعجاب: النظافة

Super gelegene Wohnung, Check-in leider mühsam

Die Wohnung ist sehr nahe am Meer gelegen, in 30s ist man die Treppen hinunter an den Strand gelangt. In Gehdistanz gibt es ein paar Restaurants und ein kleiner Laden für das Nötigste. Man kommt aber nicht darum rum, ab und zu mit dem Auto in einen grösseren Supermarkt zu fahren. Das Check-in war mühsam, wir mussten über 45min warten, bis uns der Schlüssel gebracht wurde. Die Wohnung entspricht den Bildern. Leider hatte es viele Ameisen in der Küche, was sehr mühsam war. Die Küche hat einen neuen Induktionsherd. Leider funktionierten nur die wenigsten Pfannen mit dem neuen Herd, was die Kochmöglichkeiten deutlich einschränkten.
