We were very pleased with our stay at the hotel. The rooms were unique and spotless. The staff was friendly and readily available to answer any questions. The breakfast offered a good variety of foods, including healthy options and sweet treats to satisfy everyone. This place was so charming and full of character. Every staff member I met was very friendly. Check in was smooth.. my room was very unique and comfortable. This hotel is also in the perfect proximity to walk around town. Definitely would recommend!

Great place. The staff was nice too. The aesthetics and atmosphere are cool, but the breakfast could have been much better. The property was sorta unkempt and dusty. Our room was cold and was told due to the age of the property, the heating was not great, so they gave us an electric heater. Our bed was very uncomfortable too... they need to replace the mattress.

A wonderful option in portsmouth. Great central location, free parking, you can walk everywhere. Charming property, more like a large Inn than a hotel. Has some character, staff were exceptional, nice to have good coffee available at all times, breakfast and water. Lots of areas (inside and out) to hang out. I would recommend this property
