The house is based on eco standards and has a solar system as well as a very luxurious bathroom, AC and pool situation with outdoor shower and electric grill.
There is a stunning beach in walking distance (only 4 minutes aways) as wall as several restaurants, bars, a supermarket, a pharmacy and lots more.
