I was fortunate enough to pre-pay for the breakfast buffet from the duration of my day which I must say was probably the best breakfast buffet I’ve ever had any hotel I’ve ever stayed in. I did have dinner one night and it was once again amazing I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone that is visiting Kraków Poland and I look forward to coming back and staying and also checking out their other properties throughout the world."

"The hotel was in a great location, within walking distance of the major attractions. Staff were helpful and friendly. The room was clean and well equipped. The breakfast was fantastic, great choice .There was a train station within 5 minutes walking distance, so easy to travel from and to the airport. "

"A very comfortable stay in a clean room. Exactly what we needed for a 3 night stay in Krakow. Great location too. Our only criticism is that the air con is non existent. We stayed at the beginning of March and the inside room temperature was 27 degrees Celsius the whole time. They do provide a fan but the air con really needs to be upgraded. I couldn’t imagine what it must be like in summer! "

"The rooms are not sound proof. You can hear through the walls. The room fan or air conditioner is also noisy and makes a continuous sound throughout….. The location is terrible unless you plan to eat in the hotel and hang out at the park. It’s highly inconvenient and each walk out require you to walk around the AC hotel instead of a direct pathway either blocked off by construction or it’s never been consider. a more direct path - for this reason stay at AC would be better… when tired from walking? Every steps not needed counts…."
