This spacious home is perfect for families and multi-generational groups, with four bedrooms, four bathrooms, a large open floor plan, and a fenced-in backyard with a pool. We’re kid-friendly and pet-friendly, so bring the whole family, even the furry members, and prepare to unwind.

The Space:
Welcome to your favorite weekend escape. The open floor plan with a vibrant, colorful design is perfect for families and groups. It’s comfortable and casual for maximum relaxation, with a spacious living area and plenty of room to spread out. The large yard and pool are the perfect spot for kids, dogs, and dining al fresco.

Living Spaces

The spacious living room is light and bright, and the perfect place for the whole family to spread out. Lounge on two comfy sofas or the cozy armchair and watch your favorite show on the 52” HDTV with Fire TV.
A second lounge area can be found on the other side of the kitchen, with a sleeper sofa to provide extra space for guests.
There’s even a finished basement for additional space.

Kitchen & Dining

The large kitchen is fully equipped with stainless steel appliances, a coffee pot, a toaster, cooking utensils, and everything you need to make a delicious meal. There’s plenty of counter space for meal prep and tons of cabinets to store all of your groceries.

Have a quick breakfast at the glass table with bar stool seating for four, right in the kitchen. Or take advantage of the huge dining area with a large table that seats 8 or more. The dining room also has a full wet bar with a sink and fridge, making it incredibly easy to serve food and drinks during your meal.

Bedrooms & Baths

With four bedrooms on the main level and a fifth being added to the finished basement, there is plenty of space for everyone in your group. Two ensuites are perfect for the adults in your group, while the fourth bedroom features three twin beds, great for a fun kids' space.

Outdoor Amenities

This house has space you just can’t get in the city. The yard is huge and private, and the backyard is fenced in, so kids and dogs can easily run and play. The back deck hosts outdoor dining for four, and the inviting pool even has a slide for added fun. Hot tub for year round fun.

The Neighborhood:
We’re located in LaGrange, New York, just a stone’s throw from Poughkeepsie and two hours North of NYC, making for a perfect weekend getaway in the fresh air.

While you’re here, you can visit the beautiful campuses of Vassar College, Marist College, and the Culinary Institute of America, where you can walk along the river or grab a delicious bite to eat.

Check out the view from the Walkway Over the Hudson State Historic Park, the longest elevated pedestrian bridge in the world. Take some time to explore the trails that traverse riverfront parks and connect the Walkway to the Mid-Hudson Bridge, which you can also walk across and features listening stations to experience a unique sound-art installation. Locust Grove Estate is also a great place to wander, with scenic hiking trails and picturesque views.

Poughkeepsie is also a great place to experience culture. Visit the Frances Lehman Loeb Art Center, the Cunneen-Hacket Arts Center, the Bardavon Opera House, the Barrett Art Center, the Mid-Hudson Civic Center, and plenty of places on the National Register of Historic Places.

With the kids, check out the Mid-Hudson Children’s Museum, Poughkidsie, Bounce! Trampoline Sports, Overlook Golf and Recreation Center, or the Overlook Drive-in Theater. Then grab a tasty treat at The Pastry Garden or Noshi’s Coney Island.

Getting Around:
Guests can reach Poughkeepsie from NYC by taking the Metro North’s Northern Hudson Line or driving. Once there, guests will need a vehicle or car transportation (Uber/Lyft) for their stay. The closest airport is Stewart International Airport (SWF ~32 miles).
