"Had lots of issues with the key cards loosing their programming, had to go to front desk on 3 occasions during our 5 day stay to re-activate cards… (even though we kept them separate from phones, wallets, etc…) lines at front desk were 30-59 min long each time with only 2 front desk clerks.. tried to call front desk a few times and use the text to front desk… never had anyone pick up or answer the text… when we spoke to employees they were all Awsome but can tell they are completely overwhelmed...
"We had ants in our room, the tv barely worked, all the ice machines are broken and the whole area is crawling with homeless people. If you like all those things, you will love this hotel. NEVER AGAIN!"
