"The property is well maintained, check-in (out) was quick and easy. We enjoyed the many rabbits that gather outside daily; even though they’re wild bunnies, they’re obviously not afraid of people and would come right up to you. They’re so cute and quirky! I believe that our unit had been recently renovated. Even though it was really nice, it wasn’t what I assumed we’d be getting; the photos were completely different! The unit I had booked had a lovely white kitchen with a large island, 4 black bar height chairs and featured a skylight as the units are quite dark inside. That’s not what we got and rather than complain about it, we knew it would be just fine. For the most part, it was great but there are a couple things I feel are worth mentioning. On the 3rd day, we had neighbours move in above us (we were on the bottom floor). They weren’t loud at all but you could hear every footstep and every sneeze! Considering it’s a wooden structure and not concrete, it’s totally understandable. A lesson to be learned here; book the top floor if you don’t like the sound of footsteps above! FYI: there are several steps that take you to the ocean; beware if you have mobility issues. Upon checkout, I mentioned that the condo was very clean EXCEPT for the 4 dining chairs and the sofa. A really good cleaning is needed as they were quite soiled. Having light coloured fabric is perhaps not the best choice for a rental unit. All and all, it’s a lovely complex; 4 stars for sure!"

"After staying at this property on three occasions, we still find it as magical as the first. Walk through the front door and your blood pressure instantly drops. Sit on the lanai on the Adirondacks and watch the otters play, seals and whales go by and cruiseships sail off in the sunset. Those sunsets through the dining room window are some of the best I’ve ever seen. Kitchen has virtually everything you need to eat in and with a new BBQ, no reason to leave the property although we found the local brewery to be fab. Can’t find fault. It is the perfect getaway.We will be back, there’s absolutely no doubt."

"We loved our stay at Creekside. The unit was perfect for the two of us and the unit had everything we could possibly need, Kim was super helpful and was excellent at communicating. We found the location to be a great jumping off point to be able to explore the area including Nanoose Bay, Parksville, Qualicum, Coombs, Little Qualicum Falls Provincial Park, and Englishman River Falls Provincial Park. We didn’t get a chance to take in the properties many amenities, but did take a tour on our last day. The pickleball courts seem to be very popular, and the pools and hot tubs looked great. The trails around the property are well maintained and easy to get around. Wish we could have stayed longer to enjoy the facilities. Would definitely stay here again if we are back in the area."
