None of my information from expedia was sent to the hotel. They had the booking, but that was it. We had to fill out paperwork at the front desk, as well as the agent entered it all into their computer at the same time, asking us all the info that was on the paperwork... like why ? That was unnecessary and a complete waste of time.
The continental breakfast is pathetic, if you don't get there first thing in the morning, they don't restock ANYTHING. Service in both (restaurant and pub) is super slow, they're understaffed and under trained. Prices are way too high honestly (the hotel and the pub attached)
Hotel is clean, mattresses are awful, no pillow top or anything, very outdated and needs some renos for the price of the rooms.
Location of the hotel is central, it was convenient
