Good location, about 20 min walk from the Klementinum and 15 min walk from the train station. Is a quiet large hotel, it makes you feel secure as it requieres the key to access after hours, room was quiet, bathroom large and shower great. Beds were ok, daily service, safe, fridge and tall ceilings. We enjoy our stay for 5 days, and would recommend. There is a tiny supermarket across the street and breakfast service, with a fee in the hotel.

Clean room, nice staff. Breakfast a bit hit & miss - sometimes looked like leftover dinner served for breakfast! All in all, good value hotel.

6/10 Okay

Liked: Cleanliness, property conditions & facilities
Disliked: Amenities
The rooms are modern and housekeeping were brilliant at keeping it clean. Unfortunately the air conditioning didn't really work, we were thankful to be able to open the windows to cool the room (although as our room faced the main road we couldn't leave them open all the time due to the noise.) we didn't have breakfast but it seemed like a good spread. The hotel would have benefited from a small coffee shop/bar for the evenings

Great little place not too far out from the central areas and easily accessible by public transport. The room was comfortable and clean and the bed was cozy. The only issue we had was the weird smell in the hallway and made its way into the rooms

Unpleasant staff at front desk. Hotel is ok

Clean room. Courtyard room is quiet. Comfortable bed. Good location. 7 min walk to heart of walkable streets. I’d recommend this hotel. All Staff at front desk is not very friendly and come across as don’t bother me I’m texting my friend. Owner of Hotel needs to find a more pleasant staff.

The hotel is very clean and well located. Only the unloading is very complicated, as the hotel is located on a very busy road, and there is no stop for unloading in front of the hotel. I think the flat rate for parking in the nearby sister hotel of 35€ per day is excessive!

A very nice hotel

A nice and fresh hotel within walking distance to most of what central Prague has to offer. The nearest metro stations are Muzeum (green line/red line) and I.P. Pavlova (red line). From the airport, you can take the airport bus 59 and then transfer to the green line, which takes around 30 minutes, and it takes about 40–45 minutes to reach the hotel door in total. You can also choose to take a taxi or use the hotel’s transfer service. We got an attic room, which was nice, and the bathroom felt new and fresh. The room only had skylight windows, so there was no view, and it was quite warm, so having a well-functioning AC was truly invaluable. What lowers the rating slightly is that the room was not properly cleaned when we arrived and was not properly cleaned until the last day of our stay. If you wish, you can get new towels every day, and if you would like your bed to be freshly made with clean sheets, you just need to tell the reception. The breakfast is good, with warm options as well as fruits and vegetables. The bread can be a bit dry, so I recommend the rolls or toasting the bread. There were various cold cuts, both fruit and plain yogurt, cereals, and some kind of muesli. The hotel is located by a larger street, which can be heard, but it also adds to the big city feel. Friendly staff, and there was no problem speaking English with the reception staff.
