The staff at the front desk were excellent: very friendly and helpful. The location is great, within seconds of a metro station and a huge shopping mall. We were unfortunately disappointed with the room. There was a smudge on the carpet, dust on the surfaces and several hairs in the bed. Overall not critical for a 1-night stay, but cleanliness is the first thing you look for in a hotel.

Just off a busy major street. Trams, buses, and shopping center (including an Albert supermarket) just a block away, as well as fast food options. The room was clean, modern, and perfect for a short stay. Shower was excellent, bed was extra firm. A/C and a window that opens. Would definitely stay there again.
Unless you need a fridge or microwave, this room fill the needs.

My family and I stayed at ibis Praha Mala Strana Hotel for 5 nights, and everything was good. The rooms were clean and comfortable, the breakfast was varied and delicious, and the location was perfect for exploring Prague.
