I live the location. Seem sunnier in that part of the island. Clean rooms. Our host, Sergio is very nice and informative. Ate out the whole time we're there so didn't get to use the kitchen. There's a dog in the property that is adorable and very friendly. We're really enjoy our stay in Sawmill and will definitely be back

Nos Açores o clima é muito instável por isso devemos adaptar-nos as suas condições tivemos nevoeiro serrado num dia e noutro tempo de praia. A estadia foi excelente, o hostel tem excelentes condições e numa próxima visita não excitarei em escolher novamente! Fica bem localizado muito perto do aeroporto.

Très bon séjour à Samwill Azores. Hôte très sympathique et accueillant Il y a tous les ustensiles possibles dans la cuisine qui a été bien pensée Juste un peu d’humidité dans les chambres mais comme souvent aux Acores Les environs sont superbes.

perfect place to stay

wonderfull place, relaxed, and freedom. Nice big kitchen that you can use. Still in development but already looks great. Laybacked and the host sergio is really nice and willing to help you out. We really enjoyed it here. And dont forget Ramon the dog.....he is fantastic

no staff, no one to check us in, no instructions left. Very remote, the closest restaurant is 40 minutes away. Staff (never met anyone while on premises) occasionally responds to emails after a few days. 2 derelict buildings on the premises. Wifi not working

A big + on Terceira

Just amazing. I visited 5 Islands in few weeks. Stayed in mamy acomodations. Sawmill was far the best. Will book again for Febuary 2019 Hope I'm not too late. And they'll have a room for me?

Excellent value for money

Only drawback was locating the accommodation. Only a road name was given - no number. There is no name plate on the premises. The old sawmill fronts onto the street with the accommodation behind. The owner was very welcoming, the room was very good value for money and there was off street parking. The location was very good for touring he island and for the airport.
