"The front desk person didn’t inform me until after I checked in about not having a walk-in showers& she didn’t ask if I wanted first or second floor. Card key would not open room door. Had to get help. I noticed that the carpet in hallway, lobby & room was dirty. Didn’t look like it had been cleaned in over a year. Room was extremely small & there was a sofa in room that was thilfy & didn’t need to be in there at all. Bathroom had a tub with shower, tubs are a safety hazard especially for the elderly (me). There were stains, paint on vanity, walls were rough & cracking carpet was tearing in threshold of bathroom door. This is poorly ran & there was not adequate info on Expedia website. Middle East personal covered front desk very hard to understand. She was there in am when I checked out. Toilet wouldn’t flush. I had to shut water valve off so toilet wouldn’t overflow. They even put a plunger in bathroom so guests could do their job for them. Totally unacceptable"

"A/C and heat was crap. The staff was terrible 😔 very rude they were supposed to be given me a deposit back and they refused due to my dogs on the bed and never told us not too have them up there. One of the staff charged me for for one of my dogs@$105 and put my other one as a service dog I was moving so I didn't have both papers. Then tried to charge me after I left at check out after I went off on them for my deposit not coming back I will never return to another days inn in my life. I had to clean my room. And tried to charge my card again for some reason but I have it lock and now getting a new one "
