"The location isn’t really convenient. Whenever we take a cab back, the driver would drive all the way down the road and make a U-turn back to drop us off. There’s not too many stores downstairs. "I stayed at this hotel for 11 days for this trip and was very happy with both the service and overall setup. The property was very clean, and communication with the front desk was always easy and efficient. The room was well-equipped, featuring a washer and dryer along with a full set of kitchen utilities, which made the stay especially convenient. There was also a wide selection of TV channels, including CCTV International (in multiple languages), as well as CNN and ESPN for news and sports. It's easy to access bus stops and short distance to subway. The room is also quiet, which is super nice. "

"The most beautiful and enjoyable stay. Hotel is just a year old, the amenities are beautiful. They offer daily cultural experiences like making scent tablets with a master incense maker. Beautiful pool as well although we would’ve enjoyed a warmer pool in early spring. Breakfast amazing, semi- à la carte with a buffet of fruit and pastries. Staff most accomodating as well. I’d really like to come back. The only less desirable thing was when I was loading the car on departure, a staff member came after me for payment of a stock standard canvas shoe bag that I had taken from the room. Those weren’t clearly signposted as for-sale items are usually available to us for taking so it somehow made the experience slightly weird for me especially for the price that we paid. "
