This stay was part of a working trip for Lonely Traveler Productions, a media company, and the hotel provided an ideal base. The calm environment, reliable facilities, and professional service made it easy to relax after a busy day and stay focused on work. "The staff were so courteous and warm. Very helpful Sky in reception and Vanessa was excellent in the lounge in the evening. Despite a very large booking being expected they couldn’t do enough to ensure we were able to eat before going out for the evening. The servers too were warm and friendly and you actually felt like they cared about you and your stay. "

"Check in was efficient Staff were friendly Rooms were clean and functional. Evening restaurant was a disaster 45 min to get and appetizer and customers were not happy. Food left on service counter and not bought out to tables. Breakfast was much more efficient. May have been a bad evening but no real apologies offered. Average budget stay hotel. "
