Breakfast options were scarce with many buffet options empty as it seems that people from other properties were also coming to the hotel. The shower cabin is a bit small. I kept accidently hitting the water mixing valve and shutting it off. First hotel where fridge wasn't stocked with anything. No water, no beer etc.
Hated the elevator. It appears like there is only two elevators for the entire complex. One services floors 1-4, the other 1-5. Both are very slow because guests take them to the pool area, which means waiting significantly longer in the lobby. The restaurant staff also uses this elevator to move food to the guest rooms. I would have expected them to use service elevators instead. "
