Cozy and quiet

We had a great time! We went with 4 adults and 4 kids ages 5 and 2. The location was perfect. About a 15 minute was from the amazing kids park (best park we've ever been too) and walking distance from all the great restaurants and boutiques. We stayed out on the dock for most days just enjoying the scenery and then going to the great restaurants at night.Sandbanks beach was about a 20 minute drive away and having their complimentary parking pass was a great perk! Tim Hortons, Corner store and gas station are right across the street. Extremely convenient for morning coffee and quick breakfast. They had some kids plates, bowls, cups, and utensils which was great to have on hand for our kids. Communication with Samantha was great! They have a great itinerary and ideas of what to do in the area. We would definitely come back again!

We had an excellent stay at The Birch! The access to the Lake and the lounge on the waterfront was such a nice place to have a drink or a coffee in the morning. The hosts had prepared a book with all the recommendations in PEC. It was so useful. The beds were very comfortable and all the cottage was clean and welcoming.
