"2 friends in the county for a girls annual cycling weekend and we would come back! Impressed with the upgrades made at IT - our room was spacious, modern and clean. Good water pressure. Equipped with Microwave, Fridge and coffee maker. Staff at main office was very nice. WIFI was great. Heated pool was a bonus. The hallways have an older smell but it didn't seep into the room. Our stay was comfortable and enjoyable. Only a short ride/drive to Bloomfield & onto Picton. Close to Sandbanks too! The restaurant across the road (Sand & Pearl) was also very good and convenient to get to. Caught the most glorious sunset on the beach on night one! Overall a great stay - thank you!"

"This is a very nice, rustic hotel. It reminded us of the inn in The Bob Newhart show. The food at the Barley Pub and the included breakfasts was very good. The breakfast service was excellent and the pub service was good, but they seemed understaffed. Overall I'd recommend this as a very good place to stay while in Prince Edward County."

Cribs On The Hill

"Huge place, less expensive than Cribs on Main. Pleasant 10 minute walk to Picton shops and restaurants through calm residential area. We didn't use the kitchen but it looked well equipped. Parking in back was fine. One traveller goes out to car through patio door, other traveller has to stay inside to lock patio door then go out through the front door and get picked up there. Not a problem, but could be awkward if you need to leave and you are on your own. Host very quick to respond. A great short vacation in a lovely part of Ontario."

Sandbanks Cottage Resort Villa In Beautiful Prince Edward County

"Great amenities in the community, cottage was well stocked with dishes, appliances and such. Areas of improvement could be more comfortable seating, as the couches were small and not very comfortable. Also the outdoor chairs were not at all comfortable as the cushions were very thin. Often you had to use extra pillows to sit in them. Lastly having bath towels supplied would have been helpful."
