Pali Ke Kua 214 is a beautiful condo with granite counter tops, cherry wood cabinets, redesigned bathrooms and berber carpeting in the living room and bedrooms. The furniture for the entire condo provides a comfortable, stylish and contemporary look.

Come and enjoy fantastic views of Hideaways Beach, Hanalei Bay and Makana Mountain, also known as Bali Hai, right from your own lanai, with the most beautiful sunsets year round!

Relax, enjoy and soak up the natural beauty of the north shore of Kauai. This is a great place to create wonderful, unforgettable memories of your honeymoon, family vacation or that special getaway!

This Pali Ke Kua condo has a split-level floor plan of 1200 square feet, is a two-bedroom, two-bathroom condo with a classic tropical and Hawaiian decor. The open floor plan and vaulted ceiling provide very spacious and comfortable accommodations for you and your guests.

Feel the cool trade winds and hear the surf breaking as you sit in awe at the most gorgeous views from your living room, dining room and lanai.

After a day filled with golfing, snorkeling, hiking, kayaking or just lying on the beach, you will know your day is complete when you come back and watch the stunning sunset light up the sky!

condo was excellent with an incredible view! our only complaint was the condo was very warm throughout the day and took a long time to cool off once we got home each day even with leaving all windows and patio doors open while we were gone.

We will be back!

We have been coming to Pali Ke Kua for many years, but this was our first stay in this unit. Everything was perfect. The views are spectacular, the condo is beautifully and comfortably furnished. Even the beds were wonderful! The kitchen is equipped with everything you might need, there are coolers, beach chairs, and an umbrella. The condo was spotlessly clean. We can’t wait to plan our next trip.

Fabulous!

The location is outstanding and the view is unbelievable - we never tired of sitting on the balcony. The condo is in great shape and was very clean. The kitchen is updated, and the beds are super comfy. Highly recommend!

Amazing Place to Stay in Princeville

Excellent! Enjoyed the whole week of our stay at Pali Kw Kua. The location is perfect and the view is amazing. The condo is so comfortable. It is well stocked and decorated really nice. We felt at home immediately. It was only my husband and myself, but had visitors so it was so nice to entertain for a group of 6. We Can not wait to go back next time with our son and his family because the condo has plenty of space for both his family of 3 and us. Can't say enough good about this place!!

Amazing view and perfect condo

We loved our stay in this condo. The view is 2nd to none. From the balcony, we had a perfect sunset view in addition to the unobstructed views of the coves below and mountains ahead. If you like to snorkel, which we do, there is a path down to the cove that has some of the best snorkeling on the island. It is a bit of a hike back up, but well worth it! I definitely recommend the condo and wouldn't hesitate to stay here again.

It would have been hard to beat this condo! Great view and unparalleled comfort.

We always wonder how the property we booked will turn out. This was the best place we’ve stayed in Kaua’i or even all of Hawai’i. The view is so perfect, you can even see two beaches below the cliffs! We are coming back in the next couple years and we will have to plan early to assure we can stay in Pali Ke Kua 214. We especially liked the fully-functional kitchen and the beds. It’s close to the Princeville Shopping Center and excellent dining opportunities. Lots of snorkeling beaches and the Queen’s Bath is nearby. Also, always a parking place! Thanks for a great stay!

We loved Pali Ke Kua

We loved the location and the condo. It met all of our expectations and needs. We would not hesitate to stay here again. We have stayed at several other condos in Princeville and Pali Ke Kua was awesome. The views of the sunset were fantastic and we cooked in almost every night.

Upon arrival Unit was not as clean as I would expect it should be.

Dishwasher was full when we arrived and there were bits of food crumbs on the kitchen floor. Unit could have been cleaner upon checking in. Also didn't appear the living room carpet had been vacuumed either. Some of the screens of the windows were loose and had clear tape on them. I had to tighten the small tabs that hold the screens in place so bugs wouldn't come in. The neighboring unit (215) was doing construction work til 10pm one evening drilling something into the wall of the downstairs adjacent bedroom. Would be good to have an on site property manager 24/7 for situations like this.

Stunning view and perfect location

This property is pretty much as described. The view is amazing. The ceiling fans, coupled with the ocean breezes keep the apartment cool and comfortable. We stayed for 6 nights and we never grew tired of the beautiful bali hai view. The furniture is comfortable, including the bed, which is a little on the firm side but not too hard. The unit is really well-equipped. Everything you need to cook and more is included in the kitchen. There are also plenty of comfort items for the beach - chairs, umbrella, cooler, snorkel gear, and a boogie board. There was a flat iron in the bathroom, but I didn't see a hair dryer. Also, you will need to bring your own shampoo/conditioner. The only cons/concerns we had were: 1) privacy - the windows in the bedroom open up in clear view to the path below, so you have to close everything up if you don't want people peeking in on you (this is probably true of every unit). 2) kitchen could be a lot cleaner - every single exterior cabinet surface was sticky - almost gummy. We were unsure if the apartment was in need of deep cleaning or if it was something else. Either way, a bit gross. The area under the sink had an unpleasant odor. 3) nitpicky items - the curtains look like they have not been updated in decades. they could really use a refresh. There was rust on the metal rods and subsequently on the curtains. For these negatives I would dock .5 star, but since I can only give stars in whole numbers, and the apartment is really fantastic, I'm sticking with 5 stars. If the owner had the cabinets cleaned up, replaced, the curtains, and added more towels, it would be 5.5 stars! Despite the few concerns we had, we really loved staying here and would happily rent this unit again!

Spectacular View

We had the premier location on the North Shore. The nightly sunsets are magnificent and the sound of the surf relaxing. North Shore now has a number of truly excellent restaurants and still retains its remote atmosphere. The second floor condo allowed us to look down on two isolated beaches and watch the surf roll in. The support team were highly responsive to questions and concerns throughout our thirty days stay. Highly recommend this location.
