Lontano dal porto ma vicino alla vivara. Hotel un po datato ma i prezzi sono accessibili rispetto agli altri. Camera un po arrangiata, senza frigo. In bagno c erano capelli lunghi ovunque ( io sono calvo ).

Camere molto piccole. Una tripla serve a 2 persone perché sul 3 letto vanno appoggiate le valigie,a terra sarebbe impossibile. Colazione molto scarsa, nessuna frutta e nessuna pietanza salata. Posizione in compenso buona, personale gentile e disponibile.

Locations is perfect and it’s in the beautiful area of Chaiolella, not too far from the beach. Vincenzo was very helpful and very welcoming too. Negative: The bathroom was extremely tiny and it got flooded every shower I took.

What a marvellous view!!! I was welcomed warmly and given everything I needed to start a weekend stay in this lovely corner of the island. Best to use public transit here: the bus stop is very close by.

Pleasant stay

The position of the hotel was close to the bottom of this tiny island and convenient for restaurants and the tiny bus if necessary. Our room gave us a wonderful view of the sea and Ischia in the distance, the condition could do with a bit of an upgrade showerwise but was adequate and the staff were really lovely and tried really hard to help us enjoy our holiday.

Albergo discreto nei servizi però buona posizione.

Ho soggiornato due notti nel weekend in questo albergo,è in una buona posizione e facile da raggiungere anche se come distanza dal porto sono 3,5 KM ( a piedi un po lungo),per cui non ci si puo confondere con le strade che protano all'albergo perche basta seguire sempre lo stesso sentiero se si vuole arrivare a piedi. In camera c'era l'aria condizionata e il wi fi era buono pero la pulizia lasciava un po a desiderare,il letto a molle nella stanza singola era molto rigido,e alcune stanza hanno il balcone a muro,dove non si puo uscire. La stanza era lunga abbastanza pero un po stretta,c'era poco spazio tra il letto e la scrivania. La colazione semplice,la parte migliore erano i cornetti caldi,quello che invece veniva preparato dal bar lasciava un po a desiderare(cappuccino,caffe,cioccolata). In conclusione l'albergo ha una buona posizione però c'e' da migliorare nei servizi di pulizia delle camere e del bagno,tenendo conto che tra tutti gli alberghi di Procida questo fa parte di quelli meno costosi,il rapporto qualità prezzo se lo confrontiamo con gli altri è buono,pero il servizio lascia un po a desiderare.

Hotel da incubo: camera sporca, bagno di 1 mq, senza bidè, senza piatto doccia, senza areatore e che puzzava di urina in modo nauseante. Il condizionatore sulla testa del letto perdeva abbiano trovato il cuscinoe il materrasso bagnati, ci pioveva in testa. Il televisore piccolissimo posto sopra l'armadio a tre metri di altezza...ma tantonon funzionava. Al mattino la sala della colazione presentava i tavoli usati ancora sporchi con i resti della colazzione consumata dagli altri ospiti. Senza un phon, cassetta di sicurezza e un frigo bar...ma quale tre stelle !!!! Mezza stella e forse manco quella

Cute hotel

Lovely hotel perfect for our fleeting visit. Centrally located close to the historic centre so was perfect for an evening stroll. Clean and simply furnished. Very nice breakfast and friendly staff

Le bon rapport qualité prix J'ai aimé l'ambiance pension de famille J'ai adoré le panorama Aimé la terrasse carrelage typique , la végétation de l'hôtel La literie est ok. L'hôtel est meublé pension de famille. Il manque un sèche cheveux Nous avions appris quelque mots en italien... pas suffisamment car ils parlent très très peu français. Mais le charme a opéré nous y retournerons.

Tired but good value. Great location, lovely isle

Hotel a bit tired, really not 3 star. Fixed-up it could be great. Privileged position with great views. Ask for a balcony. We were the ONLY guests in the entire hotel: just 3 of us!(This was mud-October; they were going to close for the season the following week.) The staff was friendly but glum. My friend said it like staying in the hotel from The Shining. Ha! Only one croissant and NO fresh fruit for breakfast (unlike photo) (maybe it’s better in summer?) (there was yogurt and fruit “drink” (not juice). Had to go by stacked-up furniture to get to the terrace. Main complaint: there was a issue that took forever to resolve. I sent multiple emails in both English and Italian with NO response! Finally, between confusing communication with both the hotel and Hotels.com it got resolved, but customer service was not great. Clean enough, good WiFi. Had to wait for rooms to be made up, even with a late afternoon arrival (and no other guests). All that said, would I stay again? YES! Good price, great location, beautiful island. Why not? Even with the downsides, I would gladly spend another week there! PS Go to nearby Girone for lunch or dinner in an enchanted location right in the sand.

Camera confortevole con vista stupenda sulla Chiaiolella. Buona la qualità del servizio in genere, cordiale e ospitale e familiare il personale dell'Hotel. Posizione dell'Hotel ottima con vista panoramica, vicina alle spiagge e al porticciolo della Chiaiolella. Soggiorno piacevole da ripetere ed infatti è la seconda volta che ci ritorno.

Materassi bagnati e finestre che nn si chiudono

Vista stupenda posizione ottima, ma proibitivo x condizioni ambientali nn estive. Letti umidi, finestre che nn si chiudono entrambe del 1950, riscaldamento nn funzionante. Abbiamo passato notti all agghiaccio. Peccato perché basterebbe solo cambiare materassi coperte ed infissi.
