The bathroom shower was awful, the shower head needed replacement the sink had a big gap against the wall, the bathroom fan was super loud, the air conditioner was also super noisy AND they made me pay a $100 deposit when we checked in for damages in the event we broke anything. LOL "

"Day staff was friendly, evening staff a little brusk. AC was fine. Room was in desperate need of a remodel. Furniture was broken, damaged and not clean, the refrigerator never got cold and always had water sitting in it like a leak or something The sheets and towels were clean and we appreciated that. The toilet was so low you practically fall onto it they need a safety bar to help get up and down. The whole room was dingy and stained carpet and tub . I would not stay there again. The business center is a storage room and the gym was dirty and had a broken AC unit sitting in the middle. "

"The breakfast was good. We were disappointed that the treadmills were not working in the gym and there were no signs saying they were out of order. Requested fresh towels, the second day and went out for several hours, came back and they were not there."
