Reception and service was unorganised. Not so happy and several errors and delayed check in.
A bit annoying that I couldn’t book extra night for 140 EUR. Instead I had to pay 240 Eur at hotels.com! Only place room was available. "

"Wir hätten uns sehr über mehr Service und Qualität gefreut.
Es fehlte die hotelübliche Saunatasche im Zimmer und pro Person wurde nur ein einziges Handtuch, für den Saunabereich, zur Verfügung gestellt. (Üblicherweise sind es zwei Handtücher.)
Es lagen zwei unterschiedliche Sorten Bademäntel im Zimmer (einer hatte ein Muster und war rau, wie Sandpapier/ der andere war ohne Muster und hatte weicheren Stoff).
Der eine Bademantel hatte eine abgerissene Schlaufe und an dieser Stelle ein Loch...

"Room wasn’t ready until well after 6pm. If you allow late checkout on a Sunday then resource the cleaning schedule properly to allow the next guests to get in on time, OR DON’T OFFER A LATE CHECKOUT ON A SUNDAY - it’s really that simple! “Room not ready yet, come back at 4”, “room not ready yet, come back at 5 ‘if you’re lucky” WT actual ***k!? Then the cleaner took our dog bowl - why would you do that!? Messaged them twice to see if we could pick it up on the way back from our onward journey but they didn’t even have the decency to reply. Really good facility, but unfortunately it would appear that the management couldn’t run a bath, never mind a hotel. A real shame!"
