The resort was better than we anticipated. Very clean. Rooms were bright and cozy. The pool was ok but the loungers super nice. Parking was convenient. Free breakfast was quite good every day. Location was 5* plus! Our reserved section on Grace Bay Beach was heaven on earth and only 2 minute wakk from the resort. I highly recommend this place for budget friendly travelers.

The check-in was easy and extremely friendly. We showed up and the room was ready an hour before our arrival and we were able to check in. We were able to use a golf cart ride to the beach or we took a 5 minute walk. There were plenty of beach chairs for my family of five. The breakfast was simple, easy and enjoyable. We were within walking distance for shopping and the restaurants. The staff were extremely friendly and made sure we had a pleasant stay. The pool was always clean in the deck chairs where comfortable. We ended up doing the bingo night and it was very very fun.

I was a bit worried about booking this hotel because it isn’t waterfront but it is very close to the beach and in a perfect location. I was also worried because other reviews mentioned unhelpful staff—everyone we dealt with was wonderful. It’s a great price for the area and we fully enjoyed our stay.
