"More like a 4 star hotel. Welcome was nice and initially rooms looked nice. However, shower door kept falling off half way through stay. Had to keep asking for complimentary bottled water - should be enough given everyday. Was told had to ask for it before 5pm otherwise you pay. Wide variety of food at buffet, but got monotonous after a few days - recommend eating at local tavernas. The waitresses were very quick to clear plates to the point they'd remove plates you hadn't finished eating. ...

"Apartment was clean, bright and lovely to stay in for 8 nights. The owner is great and helped us a lot. The room gets cleaned every day, we got fresh towels, coffee pods, shower gel. It’s 10 min walk to the beach, which was great. There’s a few restaurants and cafes close by. There’s no public transport or taxis local, one bus that’s irregularly runs, so best to rent a car and get around. "

Walking 150 m on the beach towards Pyrkadikia, you can get to touquoise sea, natural wilde sandy beach and a falesse with small caves. Thear you can find how to do paragleiter sport (fly from nearby hill with parapant two persons to the beach)!
Do not accept any other room, diferent to the category you received in booked confirmantion ! Receptionist try to fool you to accept "temporary", even an economy room standard, pretending an " issue with your room" ....

The food is different every evening, nice and fresh. Menu is simple and effective. First time in my life that my stomach reflux was actually fixed with the hotels food ;) this tells you how fresh it is.

"The hotel is brand new. There is nothing bad to say. Everything was PERFECT-the room, the proximity to the beach (just in front of the hotel not even 1 min walking distance), the sunbeds and umbrellas top quality, the food quality..the very best part is the staff, sooo friendly and helpful..special thanks to Anna at the Reception and Polimenis at the restaurant and Kyriakos at the beach for making our stay 10/10..We will definitely be back !!!"

"Our stay didn’t meet expectations. We booked a deluxe double room with a sea view but received a side-view room. When we raised this, they explained we got what we paid for and should have booked directly on their website, which felt misleading. The listing mentioned a Nespresso machine, but it was communal, old, and malfunctioning. Additionally, the people hanging out at the entrance (likely family of the owner) were loud, playing cards, and while this isn’t inherently bad, it didn’t reflect the quality for the price we paid. The room was smaller than pictured, soundproofing was poor, and we were disappointed overall. Eleni was hospitable, but we didn’t receive the welcoming gestures mentioned in other reviews. For the price, we expected much more."

"Worst experience I have ever had! I drove 6 hours from Athens in the scorching heat, and when I called, an old lady picked up the phone that had NO IDEA about a reservation, nor did she allow dogs like they say they do! Being that it was the day of the reservation, Expedia couldn’t do anything, as she had to cancel it. She was clueless! Her son handles everything who apparently has a “busy” shop and doesn’t keep track of things! After a month of calls, yesterday she used foul language towards me, saying that it’s better that I never went, and that I am bothering her! STAY AWAY!!!!!!"
