We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Indomito. Decorated in natural wood and Indigenous art it felt very much a part of the Pucon experience. Perhaps best is the rooftop spa with a 360° view of the area including the volcano the lake and the mountains. The rooms were comfortable, the staff was friendly, and the included breakfast was great. The price was well below what I would have expected for such a hotel.

Small boutique hotel in Pucon

This is a beautiful little boutique hotel several block from the main street. It is designed with lots of wood and rock and full of natural features. I highly recommend it.

The hotel was nice and conveniently located. We were pretty disappointed because the hotel advertises a nice pool and jacuzzis, however, it turns out that the “pool” pictured all over their advertisements is actually a hot spring 20 kind away that you have to pay to go to. There is no transportation arrangement. Also the jacuzzi was not included and costs $40 per hour to “rent.” Very misleading photos.

No heat in room. It’s cold & rainy here. Spotty (at best) Wi-Fi. No or one staff member most of the time (carry your own bags). Hot tubs don’t work. No maid service. This was once a nice hotel, now it’s just being run into the ground. Worth 25$US per night maybe. Hot water and breakfast were good.

Sehr enttäuschend, dass es im Hotel keinen Pool gab, obwohl dies aufgrund der Webseite zu erwarten war. Der sog. Pool erwies sich als Thermalbad ca. 25km von Pucón entfernt.

Descanso sin interrupciones

Fuimos para celebrar nuestro aniversario de matrimonio y desde el primer día la estancia fue muy grata, con detalles en la habitación y una atención muy cordial en todo momento. La habitación amplia, silenciosa y cómoda. El hotel se encuentra cerca de varios puntos de interés a los cuales se puede llegar caminando.

la verdad no fue la mejor experiencia en hoteleria que he tenido, en primer lugar se nos ofrecio estacionamiento cuando lo reservamos , pero al llegar el estacionamiento es muy pequeño y nuestra sub no entro y debimos estacionar las 2 noches fuera. por otro lado el desayuno bastante pobre , desprovisto de frutas , yogurt y leche,Jamas preguntaron por algun problema de alimentacion( mi pareja es celiaca) el punto fuerte fue un excelente servicio de aseo

Decepción de servicio

Mal reserve y a minutos de llegar m llega un correo diciendo q había un error en mi reserva y no pueden hospedarme, no tuve donde quedarme y viajaba de la quinta región tuve q dormir en el auto, ineficiente mal servicio, y muy poca seriedad en entregar un servicio y darle satisfacción y hacerse responsable con el cliente, m dejaron a la deriva ninguna solución, pésimo servicio.y eso q no es menor lo q se paga por alojarse ahí, no les importo q fuera con niños.. horrible..
