"Finally found the perfect family hotel. The location is superb with nice restaurants nearby and little Venice at Port Mogan. The hotel is clean, staff helpful and the facilities are great. It just works. Nice big pool which is relaxed for kids with floats. The kids could go around safely to the pool and the room. They made lots of friends as lots of English people here. The breakfast is great and the snack bar/on site restaurants are good as well and extremely reasonable price wise. We moved to another hotel during our trip after our stay ended here and we wish we had stayed at the Radisson for our entire holiday! Highly recommended."

"Feels a bit harsh not to give it as what I going to moan about really can't be helped It's situated on a main road so being on the balcony can be noise and down by the pool you are getting fumes from the road. It's centre based tho so to be expected. Room was great and clean - didn't find it dated like some suggest. Plenty of sun loungers and staff especially housekeeping where very friendly. Suppose the question is would I go back there and the answer is yes. Supposedly a star rating lower to a local hotel within the same brand. You wouldn't know it. 👏 Breakfast was the buffet was all know and love these days."

"The place was super cozy and clean! The staff were all friendly! The room was large and got great sunlight. The pool was also large and the temperature was fantastic, not too cold! The happy hours and evening shows were so much fun, and food was tasty and well priced. My only complaint is that the wifi was absolutely horrible, as it rarely would connect and made it hard for me as I was traveling from the United States. My friend from Ireland also couldn't connect most of the time. So that was a bummer, but everything else was wonderful! Will definitely be back!"

"This hotel is not good useful for family because first day after sleeping at the night we was too many fly and worms in the room and bed and also go in side to our dressing my teenager daughter. And also toilet was so bad smell like Sewage .So my first day of our holiday broken and my daughter had stress and crying. And second day did my room chenge and our time holiday went to move room . So that my 2day gone"

"A wonderful 3* apartment accommodation. Great location. The weekly Friday market is just outside the hotel/apartment and the beach is about 10 mins walk. There is a Dino Supermarket just outside the property as well which is great for groceries and any other necessities. The staff were very nice, professional and helpful. The facilities and entertainment for kids is great. From the Splash park, the soft play and kids pool (which was a nice temperature for the kids) and the evening entertainment. Overall, very good and perfect for a cosy, comfortable stay and relaxation."

"The rook was beautiful as were the amenities. Breakfast was plentiful. Everything was clean and pristine throughout the resort. The bar had great service and we were helped with everything we needed."

"Clean room, beds moved a little too much though but everything was cleaned most days unless we requested not to and the staff were super friendly."
