"Went for our honeymoon and had a wonderful experience! Service was timely, personal, and professional. Felt very taken care of and warm. Pool was beautiful and restaurants easy to access. Great room service and the hotel makes transportation easy and transparent. "
"From the beginning, it was absolutely amazing. I chose to get an airport transportation through the hotel. Everything was seamless and as described. I was picked up in the suburban and dropped off in a navigator. Both trucks were pristine and very clean. Both drivers were very friendly and informative, and answered all the questions that I had. Once at the hotel, I was greeted and lead to check in by my daytime Tosoani/butler Guillermo, at check in someone was waiting there to make a drink of my preference and then I checked in. Everyone was so friendly and happy to see you there. I was then hand-delivered to spa staff whom presented me with a gift certificate for 2 hours of hydrotherapy. After that, I was escorted to my room by golf cart and once there I was shown around the entire room and shown how everything works. Everything was explained in detail and perfectly. My nighttime Tosoani, Diego introduced himself and made himself available to me throughout the night if I needed anything. Both Tosoani's communicate by text message, which makes everything very simple and easy. They set me up with dinner, reservations, a private dinner on the beach, and also suggested their recommendations for excursions off the resort grounds. As a solo traveler, I felt very taken care of and very safe the entire time. The entire staff made me feel seen and important. I went during off-season (Aug), so there weren't a lot of guest there, which was perfect. I'd definitely go back again."
"It was one of the most stunning views and a super romantic resort—not for partiers. The private beach, excellent food, and fantastic staff were also highlights.

"We just returned from an unforgettable stay at Casa Elena in Puerto Los Cabos, and it exceeded all expectations. We were a group of 12—2 adults, a 2-year-old, and 9 teens ranging from 13 to 18—and this house worked beautifully for everyone.The layout is ideal: four of the five bedrooms open up to the pool area, including three rooms with king beds and one with two twins, perfect for the teens to spread out. The fifth bedroom is inside the main house and features two queen beds, giving everyone plenty of space and privacy. The living area and kitchen are massive—perfect for hanging out, cooking, and lounging.The location is right on the fairway, which was perfect for our three 18-year-old boys who golfed daily. Tip: definitely rent a golf cart—it made all the difference. We used it to drop the boys at the clubhouse, explore the neighborhood, and cruise over to the beach club (which is stunning) and even the Ritz for sunset cocktails.The pool at Casa Elena is about 3 feet deep—perfectly safe for our toddler and surprisingly great for our teens to cool off in between beach club visits.
