Private Beachfront Home in Las Conchas

Easy Street is a three bedroom two bath home on the beach in LasConchas, section 8 lot 8, half mile from the guard gate. The master bedroom faces the Sea of Cortez with access to the patio via a sliding door. The master provides a king size bed with private bath and dressing areas. Bedroom number two is on the opposite side of the home, has a king size bed, and also faces the Sea of Cortez. It shares a bathroom with bedroom number three which has one full size bed and two twin bedsThe focal point of the home is the great room with its kitchen, dining and living areas. And don't forget the wet bar with views directly to the ocean. Easy Street is equipped with all the modern conveniences; air conditioning/heat, dish washer, a flat screen TV with Direct TV, washer and dryer, microwave, stove and oven and an over sized double garage. WIFI is free. Everything necessary for gourmet cooking is available in the kitchen; pots and pans, dishes, serving plates and utensils. Outside you find an enclosed yard on the street side and a large patio and sun deck on the ocean side. A charcoal BBQ is available street side. bring your own charcoal. The beach side has a fire pit; wood is available on the street entering Las Conchas. Bring a presto log or two to get your fire going. The house has beds for eight people. We don’t allow sleeping on the couches in the great room.

The Los Conchas allocation is prime beach front, but outside of the hectic Puerto Vallarta. Excellent hosts with great taste in art and architecture in a practical beach house setting with room for kids of all ages.

Nice stay

The property was very clean and had many cooking amenities. We loved the location and the views of the ocean. The house could use a little TLC as the sliding doors to the 2 bedrooms did not open. Would have loved to open the sliding doorsto let the breeze in. Also the guest bathroom shower was very hard to turn on and off, althougj Gary was very responsive to this issue.

Perfect beach getaway

We walked in and we're so impressed with the style, space and set up!! Straight away we could see the ocean!! Our host greeted us as we drove up! Excelled directions! The garage space was perfect for our excursion and smaller suv! We loved being able to search the tide pools and then enjoy the ocean to play in!!

Beachfront Perfection

My husband and I spent 10 amazing days at this beautiful home. Every room in the house has a panoramic view of the sand and sea. The bed was comfortable, bathrooms were spacious, and the kitchen was well equipped. We do actually cook some meals. The outdoor patio on the beach is huge with plenty of room to hang out, including shade when you need it. The sea and wildlife such as dolphins, sea lions, pelicans, and even an osprey, provide endless entertainment. Manager, Gary, is easy to work with and provides anything you need. We can’t wait to return!

My family looks forward to our yearly Rocky Point trip and this house is a huge part of that draw. The location right on the sand, coupled with the beautiful, spacious, comfortable house, is the perfect spot to combine beach play with chill time. My kiddos also love the tide pools and can wander among hermit crabs while I sip my coffee on the porch. Highly recommend.

Paradise on the beach

This is the second time we stayed at this home and it did not let us down. The home is clean and comfortable with everything you could need available. Just steps to the beach and beautiful views. I highly recommend it.

Clean comfortable beach house. This is our 3rd or 4the stay in this house. It never disappoints. Gary is attentive making sure you have what you need. Family friendly, plenty of room and comfortable beds. Just steps to the ocean. It was nice watching the dolphins swim by in the morning while having coffee. Hoping to secure it next year too!

First time with a beach house rather then condo at sandy beach.

Really enjoyed our stay at easy street in las Conchas. Great views through large windows, balcony and spacious home for 8 of us with a fire pit. Kitchen had all that we needed to cook. Really liked being able to park in a garage. Bring beach shoes as the shore is rocky at low tide. Chuys is right down the road and great food. The convenient store has mostly what we needed except meat. AC and water went out due to electrical line going down however Gary was awesome in bringing bottled water and allowing us to use the neighbors hose, was only out for a day or so. Great communication throughout. Would definitely stay here again!
