They lost my prepaid reservation. Ruined my vacation.

The hotel was not as described. When we arrived we were expecting accomodations together as a family of 6, as promised, a suite with 2 rooms. However, we got 2 rooms and had to split up. Rooms were not clean and air conditioning did not work.
