Theres a cute market/foodtruck kinda set up on the right side of the building. Had an amazing brakfast there, and met some lovely locals who talked to us about the area. Parking was SHYTE lol, but we managed :) "

"We stayed here for a month to kickoff our retirement and what a month it was. Dorothy and Andy were fantastic hosts. We were fortunate to tour their croft with Andy and learned so much. The location is great for having lots of peace and quiet while also having the rest of Skye hikes and attractions in near reach. One of our favorite walks involved simply leaving on foot and walking toward Tarksavaig. The space is well furnished with a comfy bed, a great tub/shower, and with all the supplies we needed to cook meals. It felt like home right away. We highly recommend! "

"This was an amazing location. The house itself is old and charming. We had everything we needed for cooking and eating in; beds were comfy, heaters warmed the rooms well, and the hot water in the shower helped relax after a long day of hiking. Guests should note that the ceilings upstairs are low and the staircase is steep and narrow. There is a downstairs bedroom if that is an issue. We absolutely recommend this house and the area. Don't miss Cafe 1925 in nearby Ardvasar!"
