  • Delightful house 100 meters from the beach of the well-kept private village "Calaverde", surrounded by greenery, the village has two tennis courts for a fee, basketball, playground, pool condominium fee, about 2 euros (open July and August) bar / restaurant, parks and gardens condominiums, guard24 h24, small marina. The market, tobacconist, newspapers is 200 meters from the apartment. At 10 km the charming town of Pula and in about 15 minutes by car you can reach the wonderful beaches of Chia, Tuerredda, Cala Cipolla, Su Giudeu and many others.
