Found a cockroach dead in the bathroom and highlighted it to the staff but nothing was done about it despite them saying it will be sorted which was very disappointing. "“This is an Islamic Hotel.” Which is fine but we did not know when we booked on Expedia. We felt a little uncomfortable and the rules in the hotel were a bit stringent. Older hotel but a lot of space which was a bonus. Bathroom had a strong sewage smell and we did have to kill a cockroach on 5th floor. Not my favorite stay."
