I was first assigned to a room that was totally not cleaned at all. Further, one of 2 keys did not work at all. Later they switched me to another room which was fine and thank them. But again, for the new room, one of 2 keys did not work again.

初次在埔里住宿就有絕佳體驗

建築還很新，清潔也無問題，空間也頗為寬敞。而最大優勢是位置，其距離所有長程客運最近的站牌僅約百公尺，隔個路口即是全家。往後只要價格不漲太多，都會是去埔里住宿的首選。

OK for a quick stay but rough around the edges

For a simple one night stay it was fine -- the lady at the front counter was nice, the bed was comfortable, and parking was convenient. But, some negative: 1. sound-proofing was bad even by hotel standards, 2. there were no towels in my room when I checked in. Had to notify the front desk. 3. the only hotel I've ever seen without a power outlet near the bed. Even with a 10 ft charging cable I wasn't able to charge my phone overnight while having it within reach.

旅館大廳非常悶熱，有蚊子 服務人員也不熟悉業務的樣子， 入住手續等了非常久的時間才確認。 房間還算整潔，空間也不小。 早餐時間非常晚，八點才開始， 早出門的我們根本沒辦法吃早餐。
