I had a rental car but the guard at the street entrance to the community refused to let me in when I first arrived. He kept asking for a gate pass that was never issued to me before my arrival, during my stay and was unableto receive one before my departure. The hotel was aware I would have a rental car when I arrived. A card is also required to have the lights and AC on while in the unit. I was issued only one card and requested a second card for a guest of mine to remain in the unit while I went out to a meeting. I ask the office to provide me with an alternative solution while I had my guest in my room. There was only one card issued and this card is needed when entering the parking under the building. When I requested a second card so that the electricity can stay on for my guess. The staff at the office refused and said that there would be no other card to operate the power to the AC, the lights or the fan(.) I stressed that the room would get hot an uncomfortable for my guest. The stuff would NOT, and did NOT assist in accommodating with any issues in regards to the room. The staff said I would need to contact the owner of the unit.
