The soundproofing is poor, so it was extremely noisy. The food was all disappointing. The lunch options were very limited, and it was the first time I’ve ever left a place still feeling this hungry.

This location is prime for surfers and the beach is not overly busy. The property is very clean, food is good and it was nice to find little spots to hideaway from the kids for a coffee/break.
