Me pareciĆ³ terrible! No se hospeden acĆ”. No es un hotel, tienen nula comunicaciĆ³n con el cliente. Hice la reservaciĆ³n, me presentĆ© al hotel, ya habĆ­a pagado pero no sabĆ­an nada de mi reservaciĆ³n, no podĆ­an llamar al dueƱo del apartamento para ā€œno molestarloā€, mi viaje era por trabajo asĆ­ que necesitaba dejar mis maletas, no me lo permitieron porque los dueƱos no habĆ­an avisado nada. Me tuve que ir con mis maletas a otro lado. Se fueron comunicando conmigo a las 8:30pm !!! Para decirme que ahora sĆ­ podĆ­a entrar a mi habitaciĆ³n. Trate de cancelar la reserva y tuvieron el descaro de decir que es que eran 2 edificios de Arenas y que yo habĆ­a ido al otro y que no habĆ­an cometido ningĆŗn error. (En ningĆŗn lado dan indicaciones, ni un nĆŗmero para comunicarse ni nada, solo a travĆ©s de ExpedĆ­a). No tienen responsabilidad. Mejor no se la jueguen, les puede pasar lo mismo que les cobren y que no puedan entrar a la habitaciĆ³n.

Na chegada nĆ£o tinha toalhas para banho, tivemos que pedir mais de uma vez na portaria. NĆ£o Ć© hotel, Ć© um apt estilo Airbnb que tem limpeza do serviƧo de hotel que fica em frente. Ɖ um local com pouco contigo, mas quem quiser ficar bem localizado e poucos dias funciona

Le falta actualizacion a los departamentos, le terraza no tenia muebles, el sillon principal muy, incomodo, viejo y bastante roto. La piscina da a un estacionamiento y es de tamaƱo familiar. En suma es aceptable pero podrian renovar un poco el movilario y poner sobre todo algo en la terraza.

Apartamento bem moderno e confortĆ”vel, o Ćŗnico problema que tivemos foi que na reserva constava cafĆ© da manhĆ£ e nĆ£o tem. Dizia na reserva que tinha 2 banheiras com hidro e nĆ£o existe. Algum problemas de informaĆ§Ć£o entre a reserva e o hotel. Mas o lugar Ć© muito bom e moderno. O apartamento Ć© bem grande e a varanda Ć© gigante.
