"Hotel was lovely, but room didnt have air con. Food was good, apart from the vegetarian selection could have been better. Drink selection for all inclusive was also 'ok', and all drinks served in a festival plastic cup. Pools were good, and the place was spotless,"

"The hotel is nicely situated close to the town which has a lovely beach, a couple of shops and a handful of restaurants which served great food. We stayed in the hotel on a B&B basis. The quality of the food was good, only issue was the number of staff cooking at the station - the chef was trying to cook at three stations so offer had to wait. The replenishing of food also needs to improve as agin often had to ask for things. Requires more waiting staff in the restaurant as service was slow at times - however all the staff worked incredibly hard. The room was spacious. We had an issue with the first room and asked to be moved. The rooms were cleaned to a high standard. Given this was the prestige section of the hotel, I would have expected an adults only area. This was not the case - I would recommend the hotel look into this as several people have stated similar on their reviews."

"Well located hotel with a great pool breakfast and across the road from the sea. Didn’t appreciate having to pay for a fridge ( for my meds) or the safe surely these things should be provided as they are in 90% of hotels and the usual sunbed wars with some beds being reserved the night before. The staff are not bothered"

"The Villa was stunning, well equipped, great location and great size. Pool and outside areas were perfect. Cleanliness wasnt great. The clean felt rushed and a few bits were missed. There was broken glass outside which my partner stood in. We had also been promised that the Villa would be ready for 1200 in arrival but sadly this wasnt the case. We arrived at 1200 and the Villa hadnt beem cleaned yet, so we had to leave and return later."
