"Avoid it. We notified the reception saying we would arrive at 11pm. They said fine door will be open and key inside. When we arrived the door was locked, no key available and no one was answering the phone. Nice to have to find a hotel at midnight with wife and two kids. Avoid it at every cost. "

"The hotel was very well maintained located in a scenic location away from the hustle and bustle yet close to the little village of Binibeca. Very clean, excellent breakfast, staff were very helpful and friendly. Near Mahon airport and city. All round a Five star experience. "

"Wonderful resort, quiet, plenty of pools for the kids to explore and even a small waterpark on site. Amazing location to beach and a good choice of restaurants. Good evening entertainment too. "
"A lovely property, 5 mins walk from shops, restaurants and beach, also for bus.Pool was beautiful, cleaned twice in our 10 day stay. Lots of outside space as there was inside. A kettle would be a big help as coffee maker was small. Also an information file with recycling info, bus, taxi and local sightseeing ideas would be a benefit.Only complainy was that it felt a little damp...maybe we were early in season, drawers had an unoleasant smell, possibily mothballs, or mosquito repellant. Wore off gradually and didn't spoil our stay at all. Big thanks fir allowing uscan early check in, and for messaging to check ok for cleaners to call...nice to know when that was happening.
