"We stayed for one night, arriving after 9pm. Check-in was quick and efficient. We had a pleasant stay in a family room with very comfortable beds. Although we didn’t use the dining facilities, we were greeted by the aroma of delicious food upon arrival. The free car park is a great feature, and the hotel’s location is peaceful and lovely. "We stayed in the family apartment which was a bedroom downstairs, a bedroom upstairs, a bathroom with shower and we had a small corner kitchen that had everything you could need. In a beautiful area, so quiet and peaceful, loved the scenery. Great communication off the owners and a warm welcome. Would recommend and would stay again"
"We have had a wonderful stay at this beautiful cottage. Sally provided lots of information in advance and the cottage was all ready when we arrived, with a bottle of wine waiting for us which was a lovely and very welcome touch after a 300 mile drive! The cottage was really comfortable, plenty of space and very well equipped. The best thing was the location, at the foot of Yr Wydffa and right by the start of the Rhyd Ddu ascent. We (2 adults, one 9 year old and one French bulldog) all had a wonderful time staying here and would recommend wholeheartedly for anyone wishing to explore the area, or just to chill away from everyday busyness of life! I liked how we could adjust the heating to our comfort. The host was very kind on the two occasions we met her. Overall, good value."
