"L'hôtel est très bien dans l'ensemble, mais nous avons eu beaucoup de difficulté avec la température de la chambre. Le panneau de contrôle de la température est bloqué de sorte que les clients ne puissent modifier la température de la chambre. À notre arrivée, on gelait dans la chambre. On a dû appeler la réception à 3 reprises avant que qqn puisse enfin régler la bonne température à partir du tableau central. Il est inconcevable que les clients ne puissent régler eux-mêmes la température à leur guise pendant leur séjour. Au final, on est passés de trop froid à trop chaud au beau milieu de la nuit, ce qui a fortement perturbé notre sommeil. Décevant pour le prix payé!!"

"I arrived early, around 7-8 am, and they gave me my room and let me have breakfast. I'm very grateful. The staff and facilities were excellent."

"La chambre où on a couché, il n'y avait pas assez de crochets pour mettre nos manteaux et il n'y a pas de garde-robe mais pour 2 soirs c'est correct. Ce qui nous a manqué c'est que c'était impossible d'avoir du réseau avec leur site de l'hôtel. On avait beau cliquer sur O-SUITES, on a fermé-réouvert beaucoup de fois comme on nous l'a suggéré sur nos tablettes et aussi à la réception de l'hôtel mais rien n'a fonctionné. J'ai appelé 2 fois la réception et la 2e fois la dame m'a dit qu'elle demanderait à un technicien mais je n'ai pas eu de suite. Pour cette raison, on ne retournera pas à cet établissement."

"Cleaning staff were excellent. How they keep that place clean is a miracle. Decor is early 1970's or is that 1870's. Bed and bathroom were fair. A picture may worth a thousand words but they hide a thousand faults. This building should be condemned. Won't be back."

"NEVER STAY!!! it is a prostitution hotel! We booked this hotel based on the pictures thinking it was nice. The pictures it first shows are NOT the rooms you will get. It is false advertising. The roof is latex, the latex was black to be mirrored. When you touch it the whole roof jiggles, it had full hand prints on it. There was holes in the latex. LED lights everywhere and can’t change the colour. The door only locks from the outside. Listen to the bad reviews, you feel like you’re being watched. The deposit is high. We stayed for a few hours thinking we were overthinking the place, but we were not. Old men watching you constantly and room cleaners going late at night. Ended up leaving and paying only a little more somewhere else for a great quality room."
