Great service, always did a great job cleaning the room and staff were great. Location was nice. Store downstairs was nice as well. Rooms were very dated and basic and showing lots of wear so I would say a reno/update is needed, which is why for the 4* rating. Beds were very comfortable.

This hotel was very clean and the staff were very friendly and helpful. The location was good as it was right beside a shopping centre and good restaurants. Montreal is about 15 minutes away, but realistically plan for 30 -45 minutes depending on where you are going. The traffic is horrible which really has nothing to do with the hotel. Had a great stay with my family and I would stay there again.

The hotel is great with a very convenient location. Beautiful pool and nice sauna . Rooms good size . Only problems we saved are Terrible pillows And bad coffee machines in the room.

La Piazza restaurant food and service was excellent - better than Houston’s . Gym facility was clean and well equipped. Guest services provided quick and efficient responses and care. We had no hot water for a period of 5-6 hours-was annoying. We were on 2nd floor suite and just above an outdoor smoking area which usually had 5-10 people smoking and talking and laughing. Which was ok except at 1 am when they could be heard in my room. I complained to guest services and within 10 minutes the noise ceased.
