New, modern, great size unit. Property is well located, roughly 5 blocks (elevation & convenient stairs) to the historic Quebec City you came to see.Also within 1 block of a great breakfast & coffee spot.Host responded within seconds, always eager to make suggestions and answer questions. Great experience and pricing was on point.

Not a great neighbourhood

II recently stayed at this condo for two nights and had a mixed experience that I'd like to share. Firstly, I want to highlight two great aspects: the property manager, Anne, was incredibly helpful and communicative, making our arrival and stay smoother. Additionally, the condo's proximity to Old Quebec is a significant plus, allowing easy access to the city's charm and attractions. The condo itself is small but functional for a short stay. The main bedroom was comfortable, but the smaller bedroom's mattress was less than ideal and definitely needs replacing, as well as the pillows. We found the lighting in the bedrooms to be quite dim, which made it challenging to feel cozy. The unfinished cement ceiling made the space feel very cold. Despite turning up the heat, we struggled to stay warm and ended up bundling up with blankets while watching TV. The parking garage directly beside the condo provided homeless individuals a place to gather, and unfortunately, one evening, we were disturbed by loud yelling (homeless individual) that carried into the night. The music from the bar just down the street could be clearly heard within the condo unit as well. Overall, while there were some positives, I can't say this property met the standards I’ve experienced with other rental properties I have rented in the past. It may work for a short stay, but I hope future guests find improvements made to enhance their experience.

Total Trash

Appt unclean. AC does not work 82 degrees all night, had a 4 night stay booked and left after 8 hours. No refund so 8 hours cost me $1300

great host

Lovely apartment close (walking distance, biking distance) to Quebec Old City and easy to get around. Our host was exceptional in her quick response to all questions. Neighborhood is not a "touristy" one (strolling around, visiting sites), so vacation visitors will want to plan accordingly. Long daylight (June stay) made it easy to just walk into town and back for that. Would definitely consider coming back to this VRBO

Grosse difficulté avec le site vrbo .Juste pour aller anglais me faire raccrocher au nez. Grosse difficulté avec l hôte ne veux pas me remettre les codes des portes d entrées.Vu que personne me remet les document .Me donne une mauvaise adresse mauvais code. Je ne loue pu jamais un appartement la . Itinérant multiple dehors piquerie pas loin épeurant de sortir de hors le soir. Stationnement très petit pour stationner une Smart seulement

Perfect location, comfortable stay

The apartment was perfectly sized for 3 adults and 1 child. Comfortable beds and couch and a good sized kitchen that was equipped with everything we needed to cook and heat up meals. Yes, it's overlooking a parking garage but we only closed the drapes at night. And we were mostly out exploring the city so it was not an issue. A plus for being on a lower floor...quick stairs access to street and underground parking especially as there is just 1 elevator in the building. Location is absolutely perfect in terms of driving to sights outside of the city. And even more perfect to walk to the sights within the city. Rue St Joseph is full of great restaurants, cafes and bakeries and is only 1 street away. Grocery shopping at Metro is a 5 minute walk down the street. One thing to highlight...there is a convenient parking spot underneath but it can be tight if you have a car bigger than an intermediate sized car/SUV. The ramp in and out is steep so you need to be careful. But we got used to it quickly and it was just a bonus to have secure parking. Totally recommend the apartment, and the host Anne was so helpful.

Quebec weekend

The apartment was very nice and clean. The surrounding area was not that great but one block away the street was nicer and several nice restaurants and coffee shops. The parking situation was not great, if you rent a large SUV it will not fit. Also, us being from the states we are accustomed to AC unit for the whole apartment, including bedrooms. The split unit is located in the living room area which makes does not reach the bedroom areas very well. There was one fan but there are two bedrooms so it was a little hot in one of them.

Appartement impeccable, vue médiocre

Le condo est très beau et très propre. La terrasse sur le toit est magnifique! Cependant, toutes les fenêtres du condo donnait sur un stationnement à étages en béton et sur une ruelle bordée de poubelles. La vue était médiocre.

Great Stay in Quebec City

This property was brand new when we stayed here so there was a lot of construction going on. The unit was just as advertised, and had everything we needed. Our host Anne was very friendly and helpful, and took care of anything we needed. The location was great for walking around, it’s about a 10 minute walk to old Quebec. There are restaurants and shops just one street over from the location. My only complaints are that the pool was not open yet when we arrived. While I realize that with construction projects things do get delayed, we had booked this property because of the pool. Luckily we were able to use the pool for the last two days of our stay when it opened. Lastly, there is a homeless shelter in the area and there was homeless people hanging out all around the building and in the parking garage behind it. Our unit faced the parking garage and does not have much of a view. One night a man kept us awake all night screaming in the parking garage. My kids were frightened by this, and it was quite frustrating for us all.
