The Space:
This just-renovated 2-bedroom, 2 bath apt is on the main floor of a 4-storey hotel that has been converted into tourist apartments. The property is fully licensed for short-term rentals in Quebec, ensuring a secure and worry-free stay with no risk of cancellations due to local regulations.

Parking is located in the back of the building on Hebert Street.

There is no elevator, but since the entrance is off the back of the building which is raised one level above the main floor, there are no stairs to climb.

Once inside the apt there is a small foyer where guests can leave their shoes and jackets.

Bedrooms are immediately to the left and right when entering the unit.

One has a queen bed and the other has 2 queen beds and an en-suite bathroom.

A large, stone and wood filled living room, dining room and kitchen look welcome you into the main section of the unit with the large bathroom/laundry room at the back.

Please note the Jacuzzi tub does not work.
This unit has 2 bathrooms - 1 with a shower and the other shower and a bathtub.

The Neighborhood:
Just steps away from the heart of the action in Old Quebec you are in one of the most beautiful neighbourhoods in Canada.

The Chateau Frontenac is a 5 min walk, and the shops, restaurants and bar on St Jean and Cote de la Fabrique are 200 meters away.

The area is residential and our converted hotel is the only business in the area.

Getting Around:
Taxi/Uber is the best way to navigate the city. Parking can be complicated and all the key attractions of Old Quebec are within walking distance.

Our stay was great! This condo was in a fabulous location--it was a convenient walk into Old Town and close to lots of restaurants. The host was extremely responsive, and everything was very clean. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook breakfast each morning. We highly recommend!

Had a wonderful trip to Old Quebec. Location is great - note that there is a short (1.5 blocks) but steep hill to the main attractions, but generally can’t beat the location! Clean and inviting - kitchen had all necessary amenities. Easy stay with great hosts!

My family and I had a great experience with these hosts and the property! It’s exactly as described. The hosts were great communicators and always got back to me quickly with all my questions.. the property is just a few short blocks away from downtown Old Quebec. We felt it was actually the perfect distance away from all the crowds..very happy with this stay

Very nice apartment within walking distance of major attractions, retail shops, and restaurants. We were able to easily walk to the meeting spot for both the bus tours and river cruise. We really enjoyed our stay as the apartment was perfectly situated for our family vacation.

Wonderful apartment

The location was perfect for our visit to old Quebec. We stayed for 4 nights, and only used the car once to eat outside of old Quebec. Having a parking spot was incredibly helpful. The apartment was clean, convenient, and comfortable, with great showers, and very soft sheets. We enjoyed our stay very much! Thank you!

Fantastic location and apartment!

I cannot say enough about what a wonderful location this was. We came into town, parked in the assigned parking spot, and walked everywhere we wanted to go during our stay. Central location - easy to access Place Royale and all of Old Quebec.The apartment was spotless, had everything we needed, was comfortable and just what we had hoped for.Communication and instructions were clear and timely, and I would highly recommend this rental to anyone. One great location

The staff provided friendly, effective & efficient response to all of our issues and requests. It was ideally located for our party of four 70-80 year olds - allowing us to walk to most of the sites we wanted to visit.

Location location location!

Perfect location for touring the old city. Free parking space, and did not have to use the car during entire stay. Hosts answered all questions via the VRBO app right away. Will definitely book again!

A special family birthday weekend.

Although the weather did not favour us, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this 2 bedroom Quebec VRBO. The website description is accurate. The short walk to old town was quite nice. Clean and cozy, but watch the hot water temperature in both showers. Could not control the ensuite shower, needs caution.

Rustic meets Modern provided very comfortable accommodations for two couples. The unit was spaciously laid-out. It is conveniently located to walk and explore the charms of Old Québec City. Having a parking space was a big plus!

Directly across from the Remparts, facing the river.

Can't get closer to everything in the old city. In walking distance of everything in the old city. Plus the place was as it shows itself in the pictures. Plus, plus it was tres clean. Plus, plus, plus there's parking Did I say we loved it and would come back in a millisecond?

Great Stay In Quebec

The apartment was in a good location relative to the center of Old Quebec. It was very clean and nicely appointed. Bathrooms and showers were great. The main living space is a bit cramped compared to what it appeared to be in the pictures. It may be a bit tight if you have 4 adults staying there. Overall we were very pleased with our stay in this property.
